I joined Porter Dodson’s Property Litigation Team in June 2022 after graduating with a First-Class Honours Degree in Criminology from the University of Plymouth. I am currently studying for my PGDL (Law Conversion) with The University of Law part-time and will graduate in May 2025.
My role is to assist Helen Williams and Will Bartley with all aspects of Property Litigation including but not limited to, landlord and tenant matters, boundary disputes, right of way disputes and disputes regarding property rights and restrictive covenants.
My approach to work is practical, considering how I can assist the team to best achieve our client’s goals. I understand that communication is important, therefore I ensure that I am both available and responsive to my clients throughout matters.
Outside of work and study I enjoy horse riding and days out with my friends and family.
A really positive experience – both Will and Lucy have handled all of our matters very professionally and swiftly. The real difference we have noticed compared to other solicitors is the speed of response and ability to be able to speak to Will or Lucy on the phone. Overall we are really pleased with the service, and would not hesitate to recommend Will and Lucy for any litigation work. We will certainly use them again in the future.
Outstanding service and support. Will and Lucy-Mae were very efficient with replying to emails and phone calls, always kept us up to date with what was going on, and most of all, extremely helpful and explained everything in such detail we could understand the process. Would not use anyone else after the service we have received. Would always highly recommend Porter Dodson Solicitors and use them for any future needs.
