I have 16 years' experience in the legal sector, gained as a legal secretary before a career break to have my children. I joined Porter Dodson in August 2014 as a legal secretary in the Corporate Commercial Team. In July 2017, I undertook a CLT (Central Law Training) Specialist Paralegal Qualification in Company Law which I successfully completed in December 2018. I am now a qualified legal assistant in the team.

I work with a wide range of clients, sole traders, partnerships and companies in respect of corporate commercial matters. I am experienced in dealing with management companies, incorporation of new companies, company secretarial compliance, including Companies House filings, minutes, resolutions and due diligence.

I value client service and relationships, always adopting a friendly and professional approach with both new and existing clients. I seek to build on the existing relationships of the Corporate Commercial Team and wider firm, ensuring instructions are dealt with in a timely and straightforward manner.

Outside of work, I enjoy walking on the beach or hills with my family and dog, cooking, cycling and reading.
