Porter Dodson has appointed a new associate to the Dispute Resolution Team. Helen Williams joins the firm with more than 15 years’ experience in the legal sector and specialises in property disputes.
Helen said: “I am delighted to join Porter Dodson, who has an excellent reputation as an employer of choice. Having grown up and lived in the South West for most of my life, I'm pleased to have joined a regional firm with its roots firmly established in the local community.
Property litigation encompasses a broad range of disputes, ranging from residential and commercial landlord and tenant issues; contested boundaries; disputes over easements; leasehold enfranchisement; farming partnership disputes, and breach of covenant, to name just a few. I look forward to working with the team to expand the firm’s expertise in this area.”
Managing partner Rob Fox added: “Helen’s appointment to the firm is an integral part of the firm’s growth plan. Her wealth of experience in property litigation and her commercial approach will further strengthen our Dispute Resolution Team. The firm continues to grow and recruiting the right people to support that growth is key to the firm’s success.”
