Porter Dodson’s Corporate Commercial team recently supported local food and drink producer Framptons Limited with the sale of its entire issued share capital to Provator AB (part of the privately-owned Gothenburg investment group, Profura AB).
Evelyn Adfield, Head of Corporate Commercial at Porter Dodson, led the transaction for the sellers, assisted by solicitor Remziye Aldogan. The team were delighted to be part of such a strategic and time critical transaction, successfully completing at the end of November following rapidly evolving negotiations and continually shifting deadlines.
Evelyn commented “Assisting local businesses is a key part of what we do at Porter Dodson and although this transaction went right down to the wire, completing minutes before the deadline, we were delighted with the outcome and wish Framptons the very best as they transition”.
Framptons aim to become the leading oat milk supplier whilst aligning with Profura’s vision of sustainable and innovative growth to secure its local presence in the local community.
