I joined the Porter Dodson Corporate Commercial team early in 2024. After qualifying in 2007 I worked in a range of major law firms and in-house on corporate finance, banking and more recently commercial and technology. For the 10 years prior to joining Porter Dodson I acted as General Counsel to fast growth technology businesses.

I advise on a range of corporate and commercial matters, software, transitional services, distributor, master services agreements, sale of goods and services, joint ventures, shareholder and partnership agreements. 

My experience working within leadership teams gave me real insight into the operational, financial and practical realities of running a business. I don’t believe that one size fits all, my advice is pragmatic and tailored to the size, business type and management approach of my clients.
