Bio

I joined the firm in September 2013 and qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in July 2016.

I have conveyancing experience which includes dealing with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, shared ownership, transfers of equity, remortgages and the Help to Buy Government Scheme.

I am a recommended solicitor for local developers. This type of work requires me to be precise, efficient and accessible and enables me to meet expectations and offer an excellent service to clients.

My experience allows me to provide a friendly, approachable service where clients are kept up to date. By listening to my clients and understanding their needs, it assists in making the transaction as stress-free as possible.

Living in Sherborne allows me a good knowledge of the town and surrounding area. I have also worked with clients on a nationwide basis.

I have taught CILEX level 6 Conveyancing and completed my Level 3 Award in Education and Training.

I enjoy many activities including spinning and zumba. I love to travel, read, cook and spend time with loved ones.

    Testimonials

I was generally very happy with the service that was provided by Porter Dodson.  Jennifer was extremely thorough and professional and she worked very hard to meet the demanding deadlines we had imposed on the sale. She was polite and helpful when contacting me and I felt I was in good hands throughout.

    Residential Property Client

Always a good service. I trust Jennifer implicitly to ensure all necessary information is received and checked before progression to exchange. I have used other law firms but always regretted not choosing Porter Dodson and wouldn't use anyone else in the future for conveyancing.
