I joined Porter Dodson in 2017, having worked for another local firm for four years. I have, however, worked within a private practice law firm in a variety of roles for over 20 years.
I deal with conveyancing transactions which include the sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages (including help to buy loan redemptions), transfers of equity and management company administration. I also deal with first registration of title and application for registration of title when deeds have been misplaced or lost.
I particularly enjoy being able to call the client to confirm that completion has taken place and they can collect their keys to their new home.
Out of the office I am mother to two children and I am a volunteer within the local youth football club in which I have created, and help run, various girls’ and mini teams for children in my local area. I am also studying and undertaking my law exams through the CILEX CPQ route.
We dealt with Louise Wootten for our first house purchase and we couldn’t fault her at all. She went absolutely above and beyond and did everything she could to make this happen for our first home. We had all paper work filled in and done on our side within 2 weeks and if we had any questions we could phone or email and 9 times out of 10 she would answer instantly. She had her work cut out for her with our sale but she made it happen and went that extra step, and we are so glad we went for this company. We would definitely recommend and use again if we need to.
