Bio

I started my career with Porter Dodson and subsequently worked in Bristol and London before re-joining the firm in early 2020.

My specialisms include assisting clients with will preparation and wider planning for their estates, usually working with other professionals to achieve the best possible outcome for the client and their family. This advice also includes tax and trust considerations. In addition, I deal with powers of attorney and the administration of estates

I am a full member of the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners (STEP) and enjoy working closely and building a relationship with my clients - whether individuals or families - to identify their objectives, provide holistic advice and achieve practical solutions.

Tom advised us on our Wills, planning for the future and also Power of Attorney etc.  He was absolutely brilliant at grasping our situation and provided very in-depth advice. We are now sorted for the future.  All carried out by phone due to COVID19 - Excellent.

I have used Porter Dodson for my legal work for a very long time. I have always been satisfied with their work and have found them easy to work with, particularly in making things easy to understand. Generally their advice has been excellent. Despite the lack of personal, face to face contact due to the COVID-19 pandemic, matters relating to my will and LPAs have progressed smoothly to a satisfactory conclusion.
